Where do I start, I mean these green smoothie recipes for detoxing are just so good on every level from a perspective of natural weight loss where you still get your daily hit of healthy nutrition with antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, fiber, carbohydrates and low fat whole foods fresh and intact. The American Cancer Society recommends that we eat 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day to prevent cancer and other diseases. Each green smoothie recipe has been carefully chosen to include a variety of ingredents.

Because I am regularly eating natural, whole foods and regularly including a green smoothie recipe for my digestion and nutrient absorption, I noticed I have more energy to get things done.   • 1 whole red grapefruit, peel removed
  • 1/2 apple
