Glass has none of the chemicals, namely BPA that plastic does and retains its full flavour and lasts longer in a glass bottle. Store in a glass airtight container in the refrigerator. Make sure there is very little to no extra air space in the container to prevent oxidation occurring . You can either add filtered water to take up extra space or use a food saver to remove the air from inside the container. Do not store freshly made juice for more than 24 hours as all the goodness disappears.

If you are juicing primarily for health, use 50-75% greens like spinach, kale, chard, parsley, broccoli and cucumber as the base of your juice recipe.
