I would love to put them on the www.bestofjuicing.com website to share.
I generally prefer not to mix vegetable and fruit juices together but there are always exceptions to the rule, especially if you prefer your vegetable juices a little sweeter. As well as carrot juice being a great sweetener, apple juice is also very good to take the sometimes bitter edge off your vegetable juice. The dark green leafy vegetables produce juices are the most beneficial for your body. They are low GI , packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Vegetables are alkaline which is very important as we often eat acidic foods and our Ph level can be out of balance.
An optimum Ph level is between 6.5 to 7.5 on the pH scale. You can test your Ph levels with a simple test available from the chemist called urine Ph test strips. I have listed the most easily available vegetables for you to begin with and I am sure there will be some you can think of as you become more adventurous!
