7. Still hungry? Try adding a couple of healthy snacks – It’s hard to go from eating three meals a day (plus snacks) of solid food to only subsiding off of fresh juices. By supplementing your juice diet with a couple of healthy snacks throughout the day, you won’t be tempted to dig into that container of chocolate ice cream you have hiding in the back of your freezer. (While you’re at it, you should probably throw that away to get rid of the temptation).
